Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ADfashionofficial@outlook.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
